The Worship and Arts Division exist to support the mission, vision, and values of the church and effectively establish an atmosphere conducive to transforming or maturing believers through worship and art forms that educate, evangelize, edify, encourage, and engage; and promote personal and corporate worship around the world.
Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24 (NIV)

Establish a Worship and Arts Department to equip members for personal and corporate worship that is transformational

Recruit, access and equip MCBC members to help create an atmosphere that facilitates life changing encounters with God through Worship and Arts

Implement an effective Worship and Arts process that develops mature believers and equips them for the work of Worship and Arts

Plan, organize, and promote Worship and Arts tours, mission trips, camps, festivals, workshops, clinics, and programs for the various departments and choirs under this division
