The Evangelism/Mission Division is responsible for the overall development, administration, and management of the evangelism and missions ministries of the church. Evangelism/Mission Division oversees, plans, develops and implements effective evangelism/mission strategies that systematically equips and mobilizes members to lead individuals into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. This division is also responsible for exploring mission opportunities and keeping the church informed regarding potential and ongoing mission involvement.

Implement processes that support the mission, vision, and values of the church

Develop an Evangelism/Mission division that unifies and undergirds every MCBC ministry

Coordinate and direct activities in each department within the evangelism/ mission division and ensure arrangements are made providing service to teams

Design and operate a dynamic training program for the development of effective MCBC missionaries and evangelists

Interface with missionaries and other organizations the church support

Coordinate the identification, evaluation, and eventual selection of local, national, and international missionary projects
