The Ministry/Fellowship Division is responsible for the overall administration of church ministry development, deployment, counseling, pastoral care and fellowship.

Ministry/Fellowship Division plans and coordinates church-wide ministry, fellowship, encouraging the growth of spiritually healthy families consistent with the mission, vision and values of the church. Also provided is oversight for various church ministries, family ministry and fellowship affairs of the church and coordinates and directs the activities of workers in departments within the division.


Division Strategy

  • Plan and coordinate church-wide ministry/fellowship
  • Assess members’ spiritual development and gifts, recruit volunteers, connect members with the appropriate ministry team
  • Work within the church guidelines to select, enlist, and train qualified leaders through the development of an apprenticeship and mentoring process
  • Make the church aware of ministry/fellowship opportunities that are available
  • Execute Deacon Family ministry to provide support for families within our church
  • Lead the church in establishing community ministry-based endeavors to serve the spiritual, social, economic and life developmental needs of people at every age and stage from Northern California to the ends of the earth.
